Refund policy
At 60 Beans Coffee, we want you to love every cup you order from us.
Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable food product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the product or issue a refund when applicable.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
